Our roots are 3-5 eyes. We fill orders from September 1st through October 1st, thus providing you with a freshly dug root.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS: We have very limited amounts of some varieties and fill orders on a first paid first filled basis. If possible, it is suggested that you visit our farm June 1st to Father's Day between the hours of 1:00PM and 5:00PM before making your selection. GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE
